Journal Editor

In 2022, I joined with a circle of powerful Métis women to actualize an academic journal that featured only Métis scholars, Métis editors, and Métis reviewers. In September 2023, we launched Pawaatamihk: Journal of Métis Thinkers. Two issues have now been published, with two more to be published in the 2025 year.

I also serve as Assistant Editor for the Canadian Journal of Indigenous Studies. This journal, also recently founded, showcases Indigenous scholarship from around the globe, and prioritizes scholarship with at least a first author that is Indigenous.
